Qualifications

• Proven experience working within a beauty and skincare environment in a similar role.
• At least 5 months of point of sale / till point experience within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on products and prices.
• Promoting and selling beauty products.
• Maintain efficient operations, stock management, and shrink control.
• Give product demonstrations and help customers find products.
• Drive and maximize beauty department sales.
• Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves.
• Explain to customers how to use products.
• Handle customer queries and elevate where necessary.

Skills

Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products

Understanding of which products suit different skin types

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Strong product knowledge of various cosmetics and beauty products

Excellent customer service and sales abilities

Results and target-driven

Strong administration skills

Bilingual, preferably fluent in Afrikaans and English

Engaging and friendly personality

Retail / FMCG background

Education

Grade 12 qualification

Professional certification in Beauty Therapy and Makeup
