Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Security or Risk Management (NQF6).
• Drivers License is required.
• Aviation Security Level 3 & Dangerous Goods (Group A) certification.
• 2 years or more in aviation security or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the company's Security Management System.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and track corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Investigate and report security incidents, including logging.
• Monitor performance of security service providers.
• Ensure correct maintenance of security equipment.
• Conduct inspections, spot checks, and enforce compliance with SOPs.
• Engage with airport authorities, SAPS, customs, and airlines.
• Communicate security updates and promote a strong security culture.
