  • Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
  • Manage people by executing management responsibilities, and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence
  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in area of expertise
  • Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
  • Identify opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers
  • Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
  • Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
