Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline is required.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a QS role is preferred.
• Need strong numerical and analytical skills with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check measurements and bills of quantities.
• Produce cost estimates and cost plans for small works.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and obtaining quotations.
• Support interim valuations and prepare schedules for subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and report variances.
• Administer variations and change orders.
• Assist in preparing final accounts and close-out documentation.
• Maintain accurate commercial records.
• Support commercial risk reviews.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with site teams.
• Use cost and document-control software for reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
