Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting plumbers during their daily work.
- Checking and evaluating daily the parameters of black water machinery as per Team Leader instructions and correctly implementing changes when requested.
- Checking and evaluating daily the parameters of catering machinery (dishwashers, potwashers, coffee machines, washing machines, etc.) as per Team Leader instructions and correctly implementing changes when requested.
- Demonstrating good competence/knowledge and mechanical ability to disassemble, replace, and repair machinery as necessary according to machine manual instructions.
- Familiarizing with all main safety equipment (like Hi-Fog System), fire systems, sprinklers, and all types of fire extinguishers.
- Supporting an effective and sustainable health and safety culture on board, strictly following HESS regulations and all Health and Safety Protocols to prevent the spread of diseases, and reporting any violations to the Head of Department.
