Qualifications

  • Successful completion of the internal Learn to Fly programme.

  • Ensure profitability, control budget, manage audits.
  • Oversee operations, health and safety, procedural compliance.
  • Recruit, develop, train staff; communicate policies.
  • Deliver member focus, handle queries and complaints.
