Job Description
This role is for an Assistant Fund Accountant to join the OMIS Retirement Fund team within Old Mutual Investment Administrators (Pty) Ltd (OMIA). The team is responsible for administering the bank and assets of various products. These include LISP based retirement funds, voluntary products, and life products. The role is responsible for administration of the various assets and completion of reconciliations. This role follows processes to perform fund administration and reporting in a predetermined format. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. Follows processes to perform fund administration. Maintains client relationships in accordance with legislation, FSB regulations and good accounting practice. Ensures instructions to the market are carried out accurately. Provides daily and weekly reporting in a predetermined format.
NQF Level 6 - Diploma, Advance or Occupational Certificate or equivalent
