Location: Open to candidates in South Africa

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM SAST

Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound and follow‑up calls with potential clients or warm inbound leads.
  • Introduce company services, qualify leads based on set criteria, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and client teams to ensure a smooth handover and consistent follow‑through.
  • Make every conversation count — ensuring prospects feel comfortable, heard, and valued.
  • Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, performance trends, and areas for improvement.
