About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, brokers, and partners to drive sales of our BM Services and ensure consistent follow-up with leads. You will play a key role in building strong relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Promote and sell BM Services to prospective clients and partners.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure timely conversions.
  • Communicate with brokers and agents to strengthen partnerships and generate new opportunities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves and the business grows.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights from clients to help refine sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in sales, client management, or business development.
