Qualifications

• Previous Agricultural related experience.
• At least 3 years' experience in an operational environment, preferably agriculture.
• Previous HR experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions including staff wellbeing and recruitment.
• Conduct skills audits and enforce the Company Disciplinary Code.
• Facilitate disciplinary hearings and represent the company at the CCMA.
