A regional government entity in Cape Town is seeking qualified individuals to manage subsidy beneficiary administration and provide effective liaison services within housing subsidy programs. Candidates must have a Senior Certificate and skills in computer literacy, problem-solving, and interpersonal relations. The role includes timely processing of applications and core house inspections, offering a salary range of R 228 321 - R 268 950 annually.
The Department of Infrastructure, Western Cape Government has opportunities for 2 (two) suitably qualified and competent individuals to provide subsidy beneficiary administration in subsidy programmes and rendering an effective liaison service to various role players.
Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification).

R 228 321 - R 268 950 per annum (Salary level 5)
Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend interviews on a date and time determined by the department and submit documentation for verification purposes and criminal record vetting. All shortlisted candidates shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. The selection process will be guided by the EE targets of the employing department.
