Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join the Johannesburg team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with other sector heads to ensure cross-functional smoothness.
  2. Communicate with admin and management staff to ensure timely and efficient project and daily SLA delivery.
  3. Monitor SLAs and KPIs for customer satisfaction, response times, and uptime.
  4. Ensure all administrative staff align with group deadlines, objectives, and goals.
  5. Support branch admin staff and provide continuous training in Enterprise and customer SOPs and protocols to develop staff. Implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the teams.
  6. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, other branches, and customers. Ensure that all parties are informed of service updates, issues, and resolutions.
  7. Maintain a high level of administrative accuracy.
  8. Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with customers.
  9. Ensure all customer projects run smoothly and that deadlines are met.
  10. Attend to customers’ queries telephonically and via email.
  11. Ensure calls are accurately closed within SLA.
  12. Submit reports as required.
  13. Ensure all customer callouts are logged from portals on time and all customers receive adequate and timely feedback.
  14. Track and report on KPIs and SLA performance.
  15. Liaise with clients for scheduling, job updates, callout updates, and resolution of admin issues.
  16. Ensure warehouse checks and counts are submitted and quarterly year-end processes are followed.
  17. Ensure client invoicing and affiliate accuracy.
  18. Debtors tracking and checks.
  19. Asset scrapping submissions and progress monitoring.
  20. Check technician and engineer incentives for accuracy.
  21. Ensure admin alignment with national SOPs and deadlines.
  22. Track SLA compliance and drive improvements.
Requirements:
