Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned client accounts to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services that align with clients' needs and objectives
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor and analyze client usage patterns and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing their experience
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in the telecommunications or technology industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and client retention goals
  • Strong understanding of UCaaS solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
