FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER (LODGES)

Location SERENGETI, KARATU, MANYARA Region, TANZANIA

Start January 2026 (2-year contract with annual leave)

Trading Hours & Shifts

  • Monday - Sunday
  • Flexible / hours based on operations & season
  • Annual Leave & Time off in accordance with TZ law

Report To Lodge General Manager / Department head

Salary & Company Benefits

  • USD 1,200 - 1,500 per month
  • Company Accommodation provided
  • Meals provided
  • Visa & Flights covered by the Employer

Minimum Requirements

  1. Passport valid for traveling
  2. Tertiary qualification preferred (post-high school) - Engineering or similar
  3. Computer literate - basic admin required
  4. Clear criminal record & sober habits
  5. Prior Maintenance or Property Management experience (5-star Lodge / Tented Camp / Safari)

Experience

    • Minimum 3 years in lodge/property maintenance
    • Expertise in generators, vehicles, solar, plant & equipment
    • Preventive maintenance planning & cost control
    • Strong reporting discipline and attention to detail
