Job Description

• Communicate and collaborate with subject matter experts to understand the requirements.
• Structure complex information into an organized and logical format.
• Convey complicated ideas into simple instructions for international users.
• Apply topic‑based authoring and content architecture techniques to produce easy‑to‑use manuals.
• Manage and use budgeted time and resources to produce expected results without delays.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Computing (Software Engineering), Computer Science.
• Diploma holders with relevant technical writing work experience will also be considered.
• At least 3 years’ experience in writing technical documents or manuals for software or related products.
• Experience in authoring and publishing content for external customers.
• Experience in using more than one of the following tools: Adobe Acrobat; XML authoring tools, including but not limited to Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen XML and XMetaL Author; Enterprise; JIRA; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
• Experience in using a content management system.
