A local restaurant chain in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage daily operations. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction through effective service and leadership of the staff. Candidates should have extensive food and beverage knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in the field, with a willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
Qualificações
- Extensive F&B knowledge to assist customers and communicate with staff.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond accurately to customer complaints.
- Train new and current employees on service practices.
Conhecimentos
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
