Job summary

- Produce multi-format content for internal and external channels.
- Coordinate logistics for staff awards nominations.
- Manage and draft nomination write-ups for clarity and impact.

- Produce multi-format content (e.g., long-form articles, graphics, videos, social media posts) to support leadership communications and organisational initiatives across internal and external channels.
- Develop narratives that clearly communicate organisational priorities and values, with guidance from senior team members.
- Keep abreast of digital and social media trends, applying best practices to improve audience engagement.
- Design basic graphics and visual assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Film and edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut, independently or in collaboration with the team.
- Contribute creative ideas during planning and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistent messaging.
- Work with internal departments to identify and prepare nominations for staff awards.
- Manage timelines and coordinate logistics throughout the nomination and submission process.
- Draft and refine nomination write-ups to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact.
- Liaise with award organisers and support staff participation in ceremonies and recognition events.
- Create engaging content to highlight award recipients across internal and external channels, strengthening employer branding and thought leadership.
- Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences, or a related field preferred.
