Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality photo and video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories that embody Happy Life’s family-focused lifestyle brand and everyday storytelling approach.

  • Capture authentic in-store moments, including customer interactions, product launches, visual merchandising highlights, and DIY experiences.

  • Design and edit marketing assets using personal Canva Pro or equivalent creative platforms (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Express); design tools are self-provided.

  • Conceptualise and execute creative digital campaigns, including seasonal launches, giveaways, and community activations, aligned with marketing objectives.

  • Research, initiate, and manage brand and influencer collaborations that align with Happy Life’s values, ensuring partnerships drive awareness, engagement, and footfall.

  • Craft clear, engaging captions and promotional copy across social platforms to strengthen brand voice and encourage store visits.

  • Manage daily community engagement by responding to messages and comments thoughtfully, fostering meaningful connections with our audience.

  • Support sales initiatives through content promoting new arrivals, bundles, membership benefits, and in-store promotions.

  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare insights reports, and conduct basic ROI analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies.
