Content Creation
  • Produce multi-format content (e.g., long-form articles, graphics, videos, social media posts) to support leadership communications and organisational initiatives across internal and external channels.
  • Develop narratives that clearly communicate organisational priorities and values, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Keep abreast of digital and social media trends, applying best practices to improve audience engagement.
  • Design basic graphics and visual assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Film and edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut, independently or in collaboration with the team.
  • Contribute creative ideas during planning and brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistent messaging.
Awards Secretariat
  • Work with internal departments to identify and prepare nominations for staff awards.
  • Manage timelines and coordinate logistics throughout the nomination and submission process.
  • Draft and refine nomination write-ups to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact.
  • Liaise with award organisers and support staff participation in ceremonies and recognition events.
  • Create engaging content to highlight award recipients across internal and external channels, strengthening employer branding and thought leadership.
Job Requirement
  • Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences, or a related field preferred.
