Job summary

A staffing services provider in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide 1st and 2nd level technical assistance across various platforms including desktop and conferencing tools. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in IT support within large organizations and a degree in computer science or a related field. They will work closely with senior executives and teams across regions to ensure effective problem resolution and documentation, and possess knowledge in project management and ITIL methodologies.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of IT support experience in large-enterprise companies.
  • Knowledge in ITIL methodology.
  • Proven ability of project management.

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails and instant chat messaging tool, etc.

  • Support event, video conference with understanding knowhow and break fix

  • Support and troubleshoot desktop tools and applications such as Microsoft Office, Mac OS

  • Configure network, printer issues

  • Assist in IT inventory and procurement

  • Proactively communicate with senior executives to design quick resolution and follow up plan

  • Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents

  • Work with team across different regions


Qualifications


  • At least 3 years of IT support experience in large-enterprise companies

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent experience in IT

  • Knowledge in user & VIP support

  • Knowledge in ITIL methodology

  • Proven ability of project management

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders

  • Possesses general concept of dashboardfor reporting
