Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Manager, Insurer Relations, to join a fast-growing insurance platform in Singapore. This role focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships with General Insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in General Insurance and a strong background in relationship management, negotiation, and business development. Responsibilities include leading negotiations, supporting growth initiatives, and providing advisory support.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in General Insurance (non-life).
- Strong product knowledge in personal lines, e.g. motor, travel.
- Well-connected within the Singapore General Insurance ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage insurer relationships across the Singapore GI market.
- Lead commercial negotiations on underwriting terms and partnership structures.
- Support growth initiatives through presentations and strategic discussions.
Skills
