Job Description:

  • To perform tasks assigned by the superior, to identify and confirm the ambiguous tasks;

  • To understand product demand, product industry, market conditions (according to requirements of the purchase form), to endure the authenticity of the supplier quotation; to have preliminary understanding of business terms (payment terms, quality standards, certificates, and delivery) and to assist the supplier management department on the collection of supplier performance appraisal data;

  • To develop procurement channels (reduce the intermediate links, complete the development of new products, new markets and new suppliers);

  • To collect the user experience, effect, and feedback of products, and report identified issues to superior;

  • To think and reflect on problems and issues faced during market survey based on market conditions and seasonal changes, and to timely feedback to supervisor;

  • To collect certificates of products and suppliers, and to ensure the authenticity of the certificates;

  • To examine the supplier and provide them with feasible recommendations;

  • To be responsible for product sampling;

  • To be responsible in the data analysis related to the procurement of products;

  • To provide tender product information: purchase form, price inquiry table, and etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and good team player is preferred;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

  • Ability to keep company confidence;

  • Willing to travel oversea as business trip will be requested

  • This role is required to handling supplier enquiries and collaborating with Chinese-speaking colleagues in our Mainland China office. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential skill.
