Job description
Account Executive (1-year Contract) #Jurong Island #NKC
Salary: $3.5K to $4.5K + $250 site allowance + 1.5-month Completion bonus
Location: Jurong Island
Company Transport Pickup: Lakeside MRT
Responsibilities
- Accounting & Treasury
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of journal entries (utilities, freight, maintenance)
- Monitor and update daily cash flow
- Support audits and compliance reviews
- Handle intercompany charges and reconciliations
- Compute accruals and provisions for vendor invoices
- Prepare quarterly GST submissions (IRAS)
- Assist with annual corporate tax filings
- Compute withholding tax for cross-border transactions
- Process bi-monthly vendor payments in line with internal procedures
- Resolve invoice/payment discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
- Reconcile vendor SOAs and follow up on outstanding items
- Respond to surveys from government agencies
- Participate in finance process improvements (e.g., digitalizing workflows)
