Job summary
A logistics and manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Parts & Logistics Executive to handle order confirmations, customer inquiries, and manage inventory. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Logistics Management and at least one year of experience in logistics or supply chain. This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of up to $4,000 plus bonuses and AWS.

- Minimum 1 year of experience with logistics or supply chain is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate order confirmation, parts pickup, and delivery scheduling.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotations.
- Manage incoming parts shipments and update inventory records.
- Collaborate with vendors and warehouse staff for part deliveries.

Working Location: Gul Circle
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM – 6PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
- Coordinate order confirmation, parts pickup, and delivery scheduling, along with generating delivery orders (DO) and invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, provide quotations, and follow up on potential orders.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve technical issues, process parts orders, and manage restocking requests.
- Manage incoming parts shipments, update inventory records, and fulfill outstanding customer orders.
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, and warehouse staff to coordinate and schedule part deliveries.
- Regularly follow up with suppliers about open or outstanding orders.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
