Job summary

A logistics firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to handle customer inquiries and coordinate shipment bookings. You will ensure the seamless execution of freight operations and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration and at least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

• Work closely with the Import/Export team to ensure seamless job execution
• Prepare and send pre-alerts to relevant stations before shipment arrival or departure
• Review daily arrival and departure updates and communicate relevant details to customers
• Ensure all special requests and handling instructions from customers are properly followed
• Interact with all involved parties efficiently and professionally, applying negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure a tidy work environment
• Foster and enhance strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration
• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding
