Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Corporate Projects Executive located in Ubi. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing various music events and programs for corporate clients. This includes coordinating logistics, liaising with clients, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. The Events Executive will also collaborate with the music instructors and marketing team to develop and promote new programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via email, phone, and WhatsApp

• Understand clients' event needs and recommend suitable music-based programmes

• Prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up to secure bookings

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution

• Attend and support events when needed (especially large-scale or VIP sessions)

• Maintain excellent client relationships and post-event follow-ups

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, proactive, and highly organised

• Great with timelines, details, and handling multiple clients/projects

• Prior experience in corporate events, hospitality, or MICE is a bonus (but not required)

• Fresh grads welcome—attitude matters more than background
