[Contract Position]

This is a contract position that can be converted to a permanent role, subject to performance and divisional requirements.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and oversee a wide range of HR operational functions. You’ll work closely with department heads to attract the right talent and enhance the candidate experience, while supporting data-driven decision-making through reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment & Reporting

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles, from hiring to offboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies

  • Write and post job ads; actively source candidates via databases, social media, and networking

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate logistics, and perform reference checks

  • Support new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience

  • Drive employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and campus hiring initiatives

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and Excel-based recruitment trackers

  • Prepare recruitment reports and develop dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI

HR Administration Function

  • Assist in preparing salary proposals and payroll for contract staff/interns

  • Manage inventory of HR collaterals and stationery

  • Monitor and track HR-admin budgets and expenses

  • Source vendors for HR projects through procurement and quotation exercises

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, financial, and procurement guidelines

  • Provide timely reporting and administrative coordination

  • Ensure HR policy compliance and support operational excellence

  • Assist with HR projects and support transformation efforts

  • Ensure timely reporting, follow-ups, and coordination across ongoing initiatives

  • Any other duties as assigned by RO and HOD

  • Adhere to internal SOPs, financial, and procurement guidelines

What You Bring:

  • Knowledge of the Employment Act and TAFEP guidelines.

  • Strong understanding of hiring practices and labour laws.

  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, MyCareerFuture).

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Advanced Excel is mandatory

  • Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is an advantage

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with data handling, project coordination, or education systems is a plus

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

  • IHRP Certification preferred.

  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience (in-house/agency/shared services).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to engage stakeholders at various levels.

  • Experience in the public/social service sector would be an added advantage.

  • Able to work during assigned weekends to support SINDA’s events (compensated with time off).
