A leading logistics firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales professional for air freight solutions. This role involves building strong client relationships, developing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in a cohesive team environment. Candidates should have a diploma or degree, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Location: East
Salary: $4,000 - $5,500
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, and influential stakeholders across client organizations to drive business opportunities.
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to attract and secure new business, with a focus on air freight solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team KPIs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
Monitor sales performance against annual plans and initiate corrective strategies when targets are not met.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Managing Director.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of proven sales experience in air freight, preferably within the logistics industry.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality
Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
