Job summary
A human resources service provider in Singapore is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting employee benefits and reporting. The ideal candidate will handle payroll submissions, maintain documentation, and manage HR systems. Interested candidates should email their resumes to the provided address. Qualifications
- Experience in payroll management and HR-related processes.
- Strong compliance knowledge of local labor regulations.
- Ability to administer employee benefits and insurance programs.
Responsibilities
- Administer monthly payroll including commissions and attendance.
- Prepare payroll journals and reports for compensation analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory tax and CPF submissions.
Manage end-to-end payroll administration and HR-related processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while supporting employee benefits and reporting.
- Administer monthly payroll, including variable commissions, incentives, time and attendance, benefits, and claims.
- Prepare payroll journals, bank reconciliation reports, and analytics to support compensation decisions.
- Submit payroll-related claims, IR21 clearance for foreign employees, and annual income declarations to local tax authorities.
- Ensure statutory tax, CPF, and other compliance submissions are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll documentation for audit purposes and ensure adherence to local labor regulations.
- Manage time and attendance systems, including employee work calendars and shift schedules.
- Act as HR systems administrator and point of contact for leave administration.
- Administer employee insurance matters and benefits programs (e.g., corporate benefits, vouchers).
- Perform other HR or payroll-related tasks as assigned.
