Job summary

A recruitment firm based in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage inventory and ensure accuracy in records. This role involves overseeing stock counts, training the inventory control team, and collaborating with operations for optimal inventory flow. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or higher, be proficient in Excel, and have at least 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain. Attractive salary package up to $3500 plus variable bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all inventory records are accurate and updated in the ERP System.
• Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock takes.
• Track slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked stock and propose actions.
• Lead, train and supervise the inventory control team.
• Work closely with Operations and supplier to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Develop and enhance inventory SOPs and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to reduce errors, increase accuracy and optimize space utilization.

• Working Location: Hougang/ Buangkok
• Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm and 8:30pm to 5:30am (Monthly Rotating Shift) – First month work 8:30am to 5:30pm and Second Month work 8:30pm to 5:30am
