Responsibilities

• Supervise quality control activities and lead the QC team.
• Leverage data analysis to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to support quality objectives.
• Address customer concerns and implement preventive actions.
• Deliver training programs for QC and production personnel.
