Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage tendering civil works projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction sector, including overseas projects. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in civil works or tendering civil works.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas tendering for civil engineering projects.
- Experience in managing civil works projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage tendering civil works projects.
- Assist in overall tendering of civil works overseas projects.
- Estimate costs for tendering projects.
- Communicate with the Engineer, Employer, and other related parties.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
