A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage project implementation, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in high-rise and PPVC construction. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role.
Supervise daily site operations, including PPVC production, installation works, and general construction activities.
Manage the implementation of site requirements and ensure that works are executed according to specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
Liaise and coordinate closely with clients, consultants (RE/RTO), subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Facilitate collaboration between all project stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals.
Plan, track, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to milestones.
Enforce quality control measures and safety standards throughout all stages of the project.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with BCA and other authority regulations.
Implement and monitor safety procedures to control risk and maintain a safe work environment.
Prepare engineering documentation, including specifications, drawings, schedules, and reports.
Calculate and manage concrete and rebar quantities, bar bending schedules, and rebar usage.
Verify and process contractors' claims, variation orders, and ensure alignment with contract terms and project specifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, records, and reports.
Report on project milestones, progress, and site activities as required.
Stay updated and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to civil and structural construction.
Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
At least 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a preference for high-rise and PPVC/DFMA construction. Candidates with an architectural background or relevant architectural experience will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of BCA regulations and safety compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
