Job description

Our client is in the Environmental industry, they are one of the leading waste management solutions providers in Singapore. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Primary Liaison & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, customers, and external parties, ensuring project requirements at customer sites are met.
• Project Leadership & Site Management: Lead a project team through all phases of development, implementation, and completion, overseeing daily operations, logistics, and customer arrangements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, contractor briefings, and status reports.
• Customer & Contractor Engagement: Work closely with customer site operations to understand requirements, participate in contractor meetings, provide feedback, and support customer care programs including monitoring satisfaction and complaints.
• Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all personnel and sub-contractors comply with safety, environmental, and health policies; review work activities and Job Safety Risk Assessments (JSRA) for adherence.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site management, or customer liaison roles.
