Job summary
A leading advisory firm in Singapore is looking for customer service personnel to assist in restaurant operations. The role involves providing quality service to customers, handling inquiries about menu items, and performing various tasks, including bar and cashier duties. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a similar environment. This position offers a competitive salary range and requires strong commitment to cleanliness and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in customer service
- Familiarity with restaurant operations
Responsibilities
- Provide service to all customers according to service standard.
- Responsible for restaurant opening and closing operations.
- Answer queries regarding menu items and ingredients.
- Perform bar and cashier duties.
- Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
- 5.5 days (44 hours per week)
- $2500 - $3300
- CBD / Downtown
- Provide service to all customers according to service standard and procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation work of restaurant opening and closing operation hours.
- Answering customer’s queries regarding menu items, ingredients or any other product related queries.
- Includes bar and cashier duties.
- Maintain quality, service & cleanliness at all times.
- Any other job related duties requested by Restaurant Manager.
