Job description
  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests from arrival to departure.
  • Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm, a welcoming smile, and confident body language.
  • Manage reservations efficiently and understand the purpose of visit to tailor the experience.
  • Present menus clearly and confidently promote daily specials, featured items, and ongoing promotions.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and proactively upsell food and beverage options.
  • Accurately take and repeat guest orders, communicating estimated service times.
  • Input orders quickly and correctly into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation and accuracy meet brand standards.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean, inviting dining environment.
  • Process payments smoothly and issue bills with professionalism and care.
  • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas of the outlet.
  • Support the management team in organizing and executing special events.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with accurate inventory checks.
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene protocols consistently.
  • Handle guest concerns with empathy and elevate to the duty manager when necessary for service recovery.
