Job summary
A hospitality company based in Singapore is seeking dedicated staff to provide excellent customer service in a restaurant. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, managing opening and closing operations, and performing both bar and cashier duties. Relevant experience in restaurant settings is preferred. Qualifications
- Relevant experience in restaurant service is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide service to all customers according to service standards.
- Responsible for opening and closing operations of the restaurant.
- Handle customer queries related to menu items and ingredients.
- Perform bar and cashier duties.
- Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness at all times.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- 5.5 days (44 hours per week)
- $2500 - $3300

- Provide service to all customers according to service standard and procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation work of restaurant opening and closing operation hours.
- Answering customer’s queries regarding menu items, ingredients or any other product related queries.
- Includes bar and cashier duties.
- Maintain quality, service & cleanliness at all times.
- Any other job related duties requested by Restaurant Manager.
