Job summary
A leading café chain in Singapore is seeking a food and beverage crew member to deliver friendly and personalized service. This role includes serving drinks and food, educating customers about the menu, and efficiently preparing coffee beverages. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and have a passion for coffee. Team members are expected to build rapport with customers and represent the café professionally.
Responsibilities
- Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service.
- Sells and serves drink and food items to customers.
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu.
- Answers customer questions regarding coffee and drink preparation.
- Competently prepares and sells coffee drinks according to recipes.
The food and beverage crew is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and beverages. The F&B crew fulfills any other duties the café manager assigns and represents dal.komm COFFEE in a professional manner.
- Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.
- Sells and serves drink and food items to customers.
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu.
- Answers customer questions regarding coffee, drinks preparation, and product freshness.
- Competently prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for espresso-based drinks.
