Job summary

A leading food services provider in Singapore is looking for staff to provide friendly customer service and prepare food and beverages. Responsibilities include accurately processing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting team operations. No experience is required as training will be provided, but candidates should be comfortable with shift work. Join a dynamic team in the F&B industry, located in the Central Area, near MRT.

Qualifications

• No experience required — training provided.
• Comfortable with shift work, weekends or PH (rotating schedule).
• Food hygiene certification is an advantage (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take and process customer food & beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare food items, toppings, drinks and desserts according to SOP.
• Ensure food hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Refill ingredients, toppings and consumables when needed.
• Maintain stall cleanliness including washing, wiping, sweeping & general housekeeping.
• Operate POS system, handle cash and perform basic admin tasks.
• Restock supplies, ingredients and packaging during and before closing.
• Assist with opening & closing duties as required.
• Support team operations during peak hours.
• Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Benefits

• Salary: $2100 – $2800 (Basic + OT + Performance Bonus)
• Working Hours: 5–6 days per week, shift hours
• Industry: F&B (Stall / Chicken Rice / Yogurt & Dessert Concepts)
• Locations: Central Area (near MRT)
