Construction Site Supervisor — Onsite Leader & Safety
Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, possess BCSS and Work at Height certificates, and be proactive in managing subcontractor performance. This role involves regular meetings, inspections, and the fostering of a safe working environment. A competitive salary ranging from $2800 to $4000 is offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Attend daily sub-contractors meeting to discuss issues.
- Check site progress and safety compliance.
- Ensure subcontractors follow approved drawings.
- Conduct daily activities inspections with project RE or RTO.
- Keep records of inspection forms for future reference.
- Seek consultation with senior site staff.
- Implement BCA good practices on site.
- Assist in Environmental Health Safety programs.
- Upgrade skills through construction courses.
- Provide guidance to new site supervisors.
