Job summary
A leading global manufacturer of ventilation solutions is seeking a candidate for a role involving project management and technical support. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, managing documentation, and ensuring excellent service to existing customers. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline and possess strong communication and project management skills. - 2-3 years of field industrial sales experience in rotating equipment industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to define problems and develop solutions independently.
- Experience in handling technical queries on digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Carry out application responsibilities for project management opportunities.
- Handle customer queries on technical matters and digital solutions.
- Manage and create documentation for project works on site and off site.
- Responsible for all technical support activities relating to Digital Solutions.
- Work closely with consultants and contractors during implementation.
- Grow existing customers by providing excellent service.

Education

- To carry out application responsibilities such as creating project management opportunities, on-site verification of warranty claims, spot measurement of EC Fans and digital solutions, on-site supervision of digital/retrofit projects.
- To handle all customer queries on technical matters such as Intelligate Mesh, IoT, Digital/Cloud, Modbus RTU, FanScout, etc.
- Manage and create documentation (Risk Assessment, MOS, Scheduling, Permit to Work) for all project works on site and off site
- Responsible for all technical support activities, particularly Digital Solutions in assigned areas including implementing smart ventilation solutions.
- Work closely with devices sent to cloud via MQTT and work on-site for setup and linkage
- Work closely with consultants, main contractors and key project account holders during implementation.
- Manage, service and grow existing customers by providing service well
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics), 2 -3 years of field industrial sales experience will be highly advantageous, especially in rotating equipment industry.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills and sound technical foundation (electrical/mechanical).
- Results-oriented, with the ability to define problems, exercise sound judgment, and develop solutions independently.
- Excellent project management skills, ensuring quotes are completed and submitted to customers on time.
- A strong team player, able to work both independently and collaboratively with a focus on customer comprehension.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
