Job Functions & Summary:

The Sports and Recreation Executive oversees the Gym, Sports, Swimming, and Lifestyle facilities, providing quality customer service to club members and guests. Responsibilities include organizing social events and activities for members. Daily tasks vary across all recreation facilities, including Sports, Gym, Swimming, and Lifestyle. The role involves attending to members' and guests' inquiries both in person and via phone, providing information about the club and facilities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and update recreational lessons for publication materials.
• Assist members with recreational program registrations and cancellations.
• Stock refreshment items daily.
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries related to recreation.
• Generate monthly invoices and billing for recreational classes.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful activities and social events throughout the year.
• Assist members with inquiries regarding recreational equipment use.
• Advise members on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Guide members in achieving their personal exercise goals.
• Build relationships with members to enhance their recreational experience.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of recreational facilities.
• Conduct coordination and progress meetings with relevant departments during event organization.
• Maintain recreational equipment and facilities.
• Prepare budgets for events and assume responsibility for the annual Profit & Loss.
• Ensure the safety of recreational users.
• Plan and execute recreational activities and programs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
