Job summary

A specialty coffee brand in Singapore is seeking an E-Commerce and Marketing Manager to oversee sales performance, drive marketing campaigns, and manage influencer collaborations. The role involves strategic oversight across e-commerce platforms, ensuring effective brand activations, and monitoring campaign performance. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing and strong negotiation skills, with a passion for creative content and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Account for overall e-commerce sales performance across platforms.
  • Drive sales conversion and category expansion across e-commerce accounts.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Lead demand forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Lead negotiations with e-commerce platforms for better terms.
  • Liaise with headquarters to drive aligned e-commerce initiatives.
  • Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate creative production and manage deliverables.
  • Plan and publish engaging content across social media.
  • Work with agencies to produce on-brand content.

Job description

Singapore's speciality coffee brand Greybox Coffee first established our presence in 2019 and since amassed a loyal following with our diverse coffee and food menu designed to satisfy every craving. Our specialty coffee menu includessingle origin pour-overs from Ethiopia, Jamaica and Colombia, as well asa premium Geisha blend from Panama.

Inventory and Sales Management (E-Commerce and Food Delivery Platforms)
  • Account for the overall e-commerce sales performance across pureplay e.g. Shopee and Lazada and food delivery platforms e.g. Grab, FoodPanda, Deliveroo

  • Drive sales conversion, category expansion, and pricing competitiveness across key e-commerce accounts

  • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in the e-commerce ecosystem

  • Lead the e-commerce demand forecasting process, ensuring precise volume projections to maintain optimal stock levels

Negotiation & Strategy (E-Commerce and Food Delivery Platforms)
  • Lead commercial negotiations with e-commerce platforms to unlock better terms, including discount structures, ad placements, and promotional funding

  • Liaise with Chinese Headquarters to drive e-commerce initiatives by aligning strategies across different markets for synchronized campaigns, mega sale events, and omnichannel activations

Campaign Support & Coordination
  • Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail and out-of-home channels

  • Coordinate creative production, track timelines, and manage deliverables across outlets and teams

Social Media & Content
  • Help plan, create and publish engaging content across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

  • Work with agencies and creators to produce on-brand content that drives engagement

Influencer Engagement
  • Assist in identifying and coordinating with local influencers, media, and brand partners

  • Support press outreach, seeding initiatives and content collaborations

Events & Brand Activations
  • Help organise and run pop-up events, in-store experiences, and community activations

  • Manage logistics and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution

Reporting & Insights
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate post-campaign reports

  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive activities to inform marketing strategy
