Responsibilities:

• Source materials and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective prices.
• Act as the key liaison between clients, event managers, in-house designers, and third-party vendors to ensure requirements are met.
• Apply for necessary licenses and permits from relevant authorities.
• Support event managers with presentation decks and concepts.
• Assist in producing approved proposals.
• Coordinate and manage on-site setup and production, ensuring high-quality events.
• Plan and propose workflows for each event.
• Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors on location.
• Ensure smooth operations during each event.
• Collaborate with team members to produce successful events.
• Handle multiple projects, from entry-level to large-scale events.
• Manage logistics and inventory of equipment and materials.

Pre-Requisites:

• Creative, fun, and passionate individual.
• Minimum GCE 'A' Level Graduate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• 2-3 years of experience in event or hospitality industry.
• Internet and social media savvy.
• Ability to take initiative and make sound judgments.
• Effective crisis management skills.
• Good time management.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate in the company's interest.
• Passion for events and communication, with attention to detail.
