Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and understand customer needs.
• Plan and execute mall-wide events and promotions to increase footfall and tenant sales.
• Source licensees and advertisers to drive revenue from atrium, roadshow, and ad spaces.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and digital campaigns.
• Track marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance.
• Manage content for website, social media, and in-mall directories.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, agencies, and partners for campaign execution.
• Design marketing materials (e.g., posters, decals) and handle admin tasks as needed.
• Support financial processes, procurement, and other operational duties

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or relevant discipline
• Prior experience in retail mall marketing, events management, digital marketing and Social Media marketing will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Design software (eg. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc)
• Good knowledge in digital marketing, including social media platforms management, paid media buy and analytics
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
