Job summary
A multinational company is seeking a Head of Sales, Network Solutions in Singapore. The role requires at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in IT or networking solutions and 2 years in a managerial capacity. Key responsibilities include leading a sales team, executing training programs, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in IoT and telecommunications industries. The starting salary ranges from SGD 6,500 to SGD 9,500 plus bonuses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in B2B sales in IT or Networking Solutions.
- At least 2 years of leadership and managerial experience with a proven track record.
- Experience in IoT and Telecommunication industries is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve excellence.
- Manage the team to realize the sales plan through effective leadership.
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
- Maintain the accuracy of internal systems and ensure correct input of information.
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to achieve sales department goals.
Skills
Head of Sales, Network Solutions
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
- Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Work Location: Genting Lane [Between Mattar/Potong Pasir MRT]
- Starting Salary: SGD 6,500 – SGD 9,500 + Bonus
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in B2B sales in IT or Networking Solutions
