- Starting Salary:SGD 6,500 – SGD 9,500 + Bonus
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in B2B sales in IT or Networking Solutions,
- At least 2years of leadership and managerialexperience, showcasing a proud track record of results
- Market knowledge: Experience in the IoT and Telecommunication industries would be advantageous.

Job Scopes
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team to achieve excellence.
- Strategically manage the team, ensuring the realization of 100% of the sales plan through effective leadership and motivation.
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs, providing ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Oversee and maintain the accuracy of internal systems, ensuring that team members consistently input information correctly.
- Play a pivotal role in market research, identifying potential markets and cultivating growth opportunities for the team.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director, contributing your leadership expertise to accomplish assigned tasks and further the success of the sales department.
