Grant Programs Manager – AI Research Initiatives
Job summary
A leading university in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrator to manage grants for the AI Singapore programmes. This position involves supporting funding program management, coordinating grant applications, and providing secretarial support to directors. The ideal candidate must possess a recognized degree, have at least 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in grant administration), and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Join our team to contribute to the impactful AI initiatives within Singapore.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience; grant administration experience is an advantage.
- Good organizational and administrative skills essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
Responsibilities
- Support management and administration of all AI Singapore programmes.
- Assist in grant documentation preparation and submission coordination.
- Provide secretarial support to directors of AI Singapore.
