Facilities Officer 5x Roles

Salary Package: Up to S$3,500 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Dental + Medical, Insurance

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 5.5-day work week, 44 hours per week (Flexible hours), Sunday's mandatory, Monday off day

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Locations: Tanglin & Bukit Batok (primarily assigned to one location, with coverage for the other when needed) mainly rostered

Start Date: immediate or 1 month

Interview Rounds: 2

Working Hours
  • 5.5-day work week, 44 hours total (flexi-schedule)
  • Rostered shifts planned according to operational needs
  • Typical hours:
    • Tue–Sat: 9:00am–6:00pm OR 9:30am–6:30pm (flexible, may include evening duties)
    • Sun: 7:00am–2:00/3:00pm (half day)
  • Weekly rest day: Monday
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and ensure the proper upkeep of all facilities, buildings, and equipment.
  • Work closely with the appointed Facilities Management Company on maintenance, repairs, and operational matters.
  • Schedule and prepare facilities for events, activities, and internal functions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and activity leads to ensure efficient execution of large-scale or external events.
  • Develop and implement fire safety procedures and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure facilities comply with regulations, including requirements for licenses, permits, inspections, and statutory submissions.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building & Project Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, or site operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work a 6-day week, including weekends, according to operational needs.
