A facilities management firm in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Officer to oversee the upkeep of various buildings and equipment. Responsibilities include managing maintenance, scheduling events, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Facilities Management with relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexibly across multiple locations. Salary Package: Up to S$3,500 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Dental + Medical, Insurance
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 5.5-day work week, 44 hours per week (Flexible hours), Sunday's mandatory, Monday off day
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Locations: Tanglin & Bukit Batok (primarily assigned to one location, with coverage for the other when needed) mainly rostered
Start Date: immediate or 1 month
