A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive (Accreditation & Licensing) to ensure compliance with JCI and ISO standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality systems, conducting audits, and managing licenses. Ideal candidates should have a degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those with healthcare familiarity. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Senior Executive (Accreditation & Licensing) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality systems and processes to ensure conformance with JCI / ISO standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintain systems and processes to ensure compliance with JCI/ISO standards and applicable legislation.
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
- Support departments with content management within various IT systems to meet accreditation requirements.
- Manage and maintain a tracking system for all licenses and ensure the organisation’s legal register is updated.
- Communicate regulatory or legal changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate the timely renewal of the MOH Hospital License.
- Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Highly organised, independent, and meticulous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in healthcare, quality standards (JCI, ISO 9001/14001/45001), audits, legal compliance, and/or data protection will be an advantage.
